Post-Ramadan Appreciation Message
Assalāmu ‘alaykum wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuh,
All praise is due to Allah who granted us the blessing to witness Ramaḍān and enabled us to worship Him in ease and unity at Masjid Al-Waheed.
We sincerely appreciate and extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those whom Allah used as means in making our Ramaḍān activities successful.
Special appreciation to the one whom Allah used to establish this masjid and who also took it upon himself to sponsor the ifṭār throughout Ramaḍān — may Allah immensely reward him, accept from him, and place barakah in his wealth and life.
We also pray for and appreciate:
- Those who brought varieties of foods, fruits, and drinks for the Muslims to break their fast with throughout Ramadan.
- Those who supported and sponsored the I‘tikāf programs in the last ten days for 70 worshippers.
- Our brothers in I‘tikāf who showed remarkable sacrifice — providing about 60 litres of fuel for the masjid and contributing over a million naira in support of a brother with medical needs.
Wallāhi, these are great deeds whose rewards are preserved with Allah.
We ask Allah:
O Allah, accept from them, bless them in what they have given, replace it for them with something better, make it heavy on their scale of good deeds, forgive them and their parents, and raise their ranks in Paradise.
