About Our Masjid
Masjid Al-Waheed stands as a beacon of Islamic learning and spirituality, embodying the essence of Tawheed in both its name and function.
Our Foundation
Masjid Al-Waheed was built by Alhaji Qadri Waheed Olanrewaju (CEO of Kings Venture at Mushin Buhari, Lagos State, Nigeria). It was established not just as a place of prayer, but as a center dedicated to spiritual growth and the strengthening of faith through authentic Islamic knowledge.
Under the Imamship of Luqman bn Mustapha (Abu Rifqoh), the masjid has grown into a hub for community development and educational excellence in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Spiritual Ambience

Islamic Education
Notable for its strong emphasis on Qur’an, Tajweed, and Islamic Studies. Our resident teacher holds an ijaazah in multiple sciences, providing high-quality memorization and Tajweed courses.
Tawheed-Centered
Our defining feature is the active propagation of Tawheed. Through lectures and workshops, we ensure the correct understanding of monotheism is deeply rooted in our community.
Global Mission
We extend our mission beyond physical boundaries with upcoming online Qur’an and Arabic classes in multiple languages (Arabic, English, and Yoruba) for a global audience.
Our Methodology
Masjid Al-Waheed is dedicated to authentic Islamic knowledge, following the methodology of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamā'ah.
